Our products are shipped UPS Ground within the Continental USA.

Please allow up to 7 days for Delivery. UPS Ground Shipping is FREE when ordered through the website. For orders that require faster shipment, we offer Third, Second, and Next Day Air delivery. These are additional services and require a shipping charge.

Guarantee - Return Goods

The Bag Lady wants your complete satisfaction. If any product fails to meet your satisfaction - simply, call for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Merchandise is returnable within 14 days from the date of invoice. Items returned for credit must be in their original package, unmarked, and unopened. Special orders and opened products are not returnable unless the reason for the return is a result of a manufacturer defect or problem. Customers are responsible for shipping charges unless the return is a result of a manufacturer defect or problem.

Upon delivery, any damage or shortages must be clearly noted and counter signed on the original Shipping Bill of Lading and a copy sent to The Bag Lady within 72 hours for credit. Failure to do so will result in customer accepting full responsibility for the shipment.
